Jiffy Lube Store Manager
About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in St. Petersburg, Florida. The Store Manager leads the team and oversees daily store operations while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role focuses on customer and employee satisfaction, developing staff, and growing the automotive business through customer-service and sales practices that support guest satisfaction and profitability. The Store Manager hires and trains team members, provides constructive feedback and coaching, holds staff accountable, and encourages employees’ leadership development. The role also uses business tools to support sales and profitability, plans and tracks budget forecasting models, and seeks opportunities for innovation and improvement. The work schedule includes a mix of day shifts, evening shifts ending by 8 p.m., and weekends.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Relevant sales and customer service experience.
- Self-motivation and strong sales skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and delegate.
- Ability to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
