About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager at a Jiffy Lube location in East Boca Raton, Florida. The Store Manager leads the team and oversees day-to-day store operations while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role focuses on customer and employee satisfaction, developing staff, and growing the automotive business through sales, customer service, and proven tools that support guest satisfaction and profitability. The Store Manager hires and trains team members, provides constructive feedback and coaching, holds employees accountable, and encourages their leadership development. The role also includes planning and tracking budget forecasting models and identifying opportunities for innovation and progress. Compensation is described as competitive, with multiple bonus platforms and earnings up to $100,000 per year.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Relevant sales and customer service experience.
- Self-motivated, with strong sales skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and delegate.
- Ability to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
- Professional presentation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organization and attention to detail.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
