About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and contribute to a strong customer experience. The manager maintains daily focus on individual and team member standards to achieve sales and profit projections, creates an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruits and selects team members. The role also involves managing the profit and loss statement to achieve profit margin goals, enforcing company policies and procedures, and carrying out other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and values integrity, diversity, teamwork, and advancement from within.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience; preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
