About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead store operations. The role maintains daily focus on individual and team standards to achieve sales and profit projections, contributes to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and supports recruiting and selection. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills to support career development.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Knowledge of using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
