About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store environment, managing talent, inspiring associates, and coaching the team to deliver a positive customer experience and tailored solutions for customers’ hair and beauty needs. The role oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. The Store Manager also ensures that staff follow safety and security procedures and Company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the store’s appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license.
