About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports restaurant operations at Domino’s Pizza locations in the Chicago suburbs. The role manages 3 to 12 employees during scheduled shifts and is responsible for store operations while in charge. It involves preparing products accurately and consistently according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures; maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant; and meeting grooming and uniform standards. The role requires availability for nights, weekends, some holidays, and work at multiple locations. The offered wage is $15.50 to $20 per hour.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.

Ability to oversee safe, delicious food preparation while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant.
Coachable.
Ability to deliver a great customer experience.
Driver’s license.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist where needed, including overseeing food preparation and supporting a positive customer experience.
