About The Position

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to support spa operations. The role is suited to someone passionate about client interactions, interested in the wellness industry, and looking to expand their sales experience. The Assistant Spa Manager runs the spa front desk, trains sales associates, and works with spa managers to foster a client- and team-focused culture. The position also involves leading by example in client service and sales, educating guests about services and products, and assisting with administrative operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or management experience.
• Ability to work a variety of business hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Passion for client interactions and interest in learning about the wellness industry.
• Sales experience or interest in expanding sales experience.
• Understanding of, or interest in learning about, the benefits of massages and facials.
• Experience handling or assisting with administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run the spa front desk and help manage spa operations.
• Train sales associates and work with spa managers to promote a client- and team-focused culture.
• Connect with clients and provide individualized sales solutions.
• Coach and motivate the sales team.
• Educate members and guests about massages, facials, services, upgrades, products, and memberships.
• Handle or assist with administrative tasks, including payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Adapt strategies to help drive business results and meet business needs.
