About The Position

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to help drive spa operations. The role is suited to someone passionate about client interactions, interested in learning about the wellness industry, and eager to expand their sales experience. The Assistant Spa Manager runs the spa’s front desk, trains sales associates, and works closely with spa managers to foster a client- and team-focused culture. The role also includes leading by example in customer service and sales, educating clients about services and products, and assisting with administrative operations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or management experience.
• Ability to connect with clients and offer individualized sales solutions.
• Ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
• Experience handling or assisting with administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Availability for a variety of business hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run the spa’s front desk.
• Train sales associates and help create a client- and team-focused culture in collaboration with spa managers.
• Connect with clients and offer individualized sales solutions.
• Lead by example in customer service and coach and motivate the sales team.
• Educate members and guests about massages, facials, services, upgrades, products, and memberships.
• Handle or assist with administrative tasks, including payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Adapt strategies to drive results and accommodate business needs.
• Be available for a variety of business hours, including evenings and weekends.
