About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for the store’s day-to-day operations, employee scheduling, inventory, and opening and closing duties. The role includes overseeing employees, coordinating work assignments and contract drivers, supporting customer service, and managing merchandise and orders.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Three to four years of experience working in a retail environment.
• Highly motivated to provide superb customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals set by the General Manager.
• Prepare employee schedules based on payroll hours.
• Manage day-to-day store operations.
• Handle cores and defects.
• Manage shipping and receiving of merchandise.
• Assemble and fill customer orders for delivery within a 45-minute window.
• Conduct inventory and cycle counts.
• Schedule contract drivers based on company business needs.
• Answer customer questions and address complaints.
• Perform store opening and closing duties.
• Handle cash, cash counts, and deposits.
• Stock and pull parts.
• Answer phones.
• Keep the store and front counter clean.
• Keep the warehouse clean and provide a safe work environment.
• Supervise one or more employees.
• Assign work duties as needed.
