About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store environment, managing talent and inspiring associates to deliver an excellent customer experience and tailored solutions for customers’ hair and beauty needs. The role oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The Store Manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform physical activities including extended standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and similar activities; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
