About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store and is responsible for delivering a strong customer experience, developing associates, and achieving sales goals. The role oversees store operations, including budget management, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management. The Store Manager also ensures that employees follow safety, security, and Company policies, and maintains the appearance of the store.

The position involves long periods of standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The manager may need to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation. Work may involve moving parts, carts, or machines and occasional exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• A cosmetology license is a plus but is not required.
