About The Position

Jennifer Miller, a boutique jewelry company with locations in the Hamptons, NYC, Palm Beach, and Miami, is hiring a full-time Store Manager for its Southampton and East Hampton locations for year-round employment. The manager oversees day-to-day sales, store operations, and people management; serves as manager on duty when needed; and helps maintain a store environment that reflects the brand aesthetic. The role is bonus eligible, and the posted salary range is based on experience; no specific range is provided.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail management experience.
• At least 4 years of retail apparel or accessories experience.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of jewelry and accessories.
• Knowledge of Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and convey product knowledge and communicate effectively with clients.
• Generate sales through client-building.
• Assist with website fulfillment and customer service during the off-season.
• Contribute to the store’s visual merchandising and maintain an environment that reflects the brand aesthetic.
• Oversee day-to-day sales, store operations, and people management.
• Act as the manager on duty when needed.
