About The Position

As a Store Manager, you will lead the customer and associate experiences in your store. The role involves cultivating a customer-focused environment, building and developing an effective store team, maintaining strong store operations, and using tools and reporting to support profitability and achieve store goals. You will manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and promote community events and philanthropic partnerships.
