About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a full-time Retail Store Manager for its Levi’s® Outlet Store in Williamsburg, Virginia. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager leads a consumer-centric store team and models and coaches for an excellent customer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The role calls for a proactive leader who embodies the company’s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance, and who is passionate about the Levi Strauss & Co. brand and retail industry. The Store Manager develops strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profits; recruits, trains, develops, empowers, and motivates team members; and oversees inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising. The manager also ensures customers have a positive and engaging shopping experience. The position involves a fast-paced retail environment and physical activity, including lifting up to 40 pounds and moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of store management experience.
- Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead and motivate others.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent movement, kneeling, carrying items, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profits.
