About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Springfield, Massachusetts. The Store Manager leads the team and oversees the day-to-day operation of the store while maintaining fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role involves keeping customers and employees satisfied, leading by example, hiring and training team members, and coaching employees to support their development and accountability. The Store Manager also helps grow the automotive business by using tools to improve guest satisfaction and profitability, and plans and tracks budget forecasting models. The position offers a competitive salary with multiple bonus platforms, with earnings of up to $100,000 a year.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have a valid driver's license.
Have relevant sales and customer service experience.
Demonstrate strong sales, customer service, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Be able to work well under pressure, delegate, and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
Be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and professional.
