This position is for a Store Manager In Training at Circle K. The role involves developing, managing, and assigning tasks to ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well-kept according to Company standards. The Store Manager In Training will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training employees, maintaining a professional image, scheduling employees, and implementing non-discriminatory management practices. Additionally, the role requires developing positive relationships with suppliers, resolving customer complaints, promoting a safe and positive community image, conducting performance appraisals, training employees on customer service and safety procedures, ensuring effective communication, developing action plans to meet site objectives, organizing and maintaining site files, and managing employee reports. Financial responsibilities include analyzing sales and expenses, budgeting, forecasting P&L, managing merchandise margins, and safeguarding money. The role also involves working indoors and occasionally outdoors in various weather conditions, and exposure to occasional cold temperatures and noise.
