About The Position

The Store Manager in Training (SMIT) is a development-focused role designed to prepare candidates for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative program includes virtual and hands-on learning experiences, supported by a District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
