As a Store Manager in Training, you will participate in a structured 8-week leadership development program that includes training in a minimum of three store locations. This role is not designated for a specific store, and placement upon completion will be based on performance and business needs at that time. Candidates must be willing to travel during training and relocate for final placement as part of our growing organization. This position is full-time and reports to the Store Manager. The primary responsibility is to assist the store manager in operating a store that stresses the importance of customer service, maintains associate morale, provides training, and maximizes sales and profits.
