About The Position

Town Pump is seeking a motivated and outgoing Store Maintenance Manager for the Belgrade Travel Plaza. The role is responsible for maintaining the entire property, inside and out, and coordinating with outside repair providers to ensure work is completed satisfactorily. The manager supervises maintenance workers and housekeepers, provides training and orientation, and works closely with store leadership on matters involving the maintenance department. The position requires a flexible schedule to cover emergencies.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Boiler license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the entire property, including external and internal areas, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical systems, and fuel pumps.
• Coordinate with outside repair personnel and ensure their work is completed satisfactorily.
• Supervise maintenance workers and housekeepers, including their ongoing training and development, scheduling, and discipline.
• Work closely with the store manager and assistant managers, and meet with the store manager about operational matters involving the maintenance department.
• Maintain use or repair books, safety manuals, duty logs, pump inspections, and electrical schematics.
• Maintain lighting, including replacing lamps and ballasts.
• Evaluate work requisitions and work orders, and report completion to the store manager as instructed.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule to cover emergencies.
• Train and orient new maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and a boiler license where applicable.
• Complete other duties as assigned by managers.
