About The Position

Town Pump is seeking a motivated and outgoing Store Housekeeper for the Belgrade Travel Plaza. The role is accountable for housekeeping inside and outside the store, including restrooms, the laundry room, showers, the professional driver’s lounge, and other common areas. The housekeeper also assists store cashiers, maintenance personnel, or managers when needed and interacts with the public while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms and toiletry items.
• Vacuum, dust, and clean the professional driver’s lounge and other common areas.
• Clean showers after each use and replenish toiletry supplies as necessary.
• Empty trash containers and fill and maintain window wash stations.
• Bag and stock ice.
• Sweep and mop store floors as assigned, and clean windows and ledges.
• Wash, fold, and put away shower towels and other store-laundered items.
• Assist cashiers, maintenance personnel, or managers as needed.
• Interact with the public and provide exceptional customer service.
• Complete other duties assigned by management.
