About The Position

The Store Fulfillment Associate drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by processing store fulfillment orders accurately and quickly. The role focuses on picking, packing, and preparing daily orders for pickup or delivery, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping fulfillment areas clean and organized. This is an hourly, full-time position.

Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently, following omni processes and procedures.
Prioritize workload based on requested customer delivery options and follow packing standards to support a positive customer experience.
Strategically pick merchandise within the store for STH and BOPIS orders to minimize steps.
Organize equipment and replenish supplies in fulfillment and pickup areas.
Maintain merchandise presentation standards and support store recovery efforts.
Use training tools and resources, embrace feedback, and stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
Build connections with teammates, share knowledge, and celebrate individual and team achievements.
Acknowledge and assist customers, support the store during peak traffic and coverage periods, and complete other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
