About The Position

The Outlet Store Associate provides professional and courteous service to customers by assisting them on the sales floor. The role maintains the store environment through timely and accurate product placement, merchandising, and salvage. Associates help keep the store clean, friendly, and safe while responding to customer questions and concerns. The posted starting rate is $15.00 per hour. Same-day interviews are available at the Outlet store on Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. after applying.

Requirements

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift while maintaining a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Salvage, recover, stock, and merchandise products according to store environment standards.
• Monitor products while assisting customers with fitting rooms or locked cases.
• Communicate merchandise-level or merchandising-standard issues, supply needs, and process-improvement ideas to store management.
• Place products and supplies in the correct areas according to store environment standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and alert management to customer concerns or requests for additional support.
• Stay familiar with store promotions and services to answer inquiries and inform customers about Goodwill.
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe store environment for internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
