About The Position

As a Store Clerk at QuikTrip, you help keep the store running smoothly and provide customers with a positive experience. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, preparing food safely, stocking and presenting products, and supporting daily store operations. Clerks are expected to bring energy, work as part of a team, and deliver service in line with QuikTrip’s Purpose, Core Values, and Standards of Store Operations. The position involves shift work that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. It requires extended periods of standing and routine walking, lifting up to 30–60 pounds, and may involve working in cold or freezer areas or outdoors at times. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, and employees.
Patience when dealing with difficult situations.
Self-motivation and the ability to work with little supervision.
Ability to stand for extended periods and walk routinely.
Ability to lift up to 30–60 pounds.
Availability for shift work that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
