About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you create a warm and welcoming environment and meaningful customer connections through engaging service. You prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer customizations, follow store operating policies, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment. Requirements

• No previous experience is required.
• Available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Able to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions, requesting clarification when needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature or ingredients.
• Follow store policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
