About The Position
Starbucks baristas craft coffee and create warm, welcoming customer experiences through meaningful interactions. The role suits people who enjoy engaging with customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking pride in their work. No previous experience is required. Baristas prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, handle cash, follow store safety and operating standards, and perform a variety of tasks during each shift. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
- Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
