About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and help brighten customers’ days through friendly, personalized service. You work in a fast-paced environment, engage with customers, and take pride in preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards. No previous experience is required; the role offers developmental experiences and access to benefits for eligible partners.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Follow store operating policies and standards, including quality, cash handling, safety, and security standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Work as part of a team and build relationships.
