About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee and customer interactions foster connection. You work in a fast-paced environment, engage with customers, and create positive moments through friendly service and attention to customer preferences. The role includes preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests, handling cash, following store safety and operating standards, and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
