About The Position

Fabletics Retail is hiring a part-time seasonal Store Associate for its Mayfair Mall store in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The associate will help deliver a high-quality retail shopping experience and connect customers’ online and in-store shopping journeys using technology. This seasonal position is expected to last 3–4 months, with the potential to be extended, and reports to the Store Manager. The role involves engaging customers, supporting store goals, maintaining merchandising standards, and contributing to a positive team environment. The position is onsite and requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale systems.
Self-motivated with good communication skills.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work onsite and a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to perform constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; the role may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling or spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.

Responsibilities

Represent Fabletics’ culture and values and provide customers with insight on how to live their passion.
Engage customers and share knowledge about product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
Support customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and support customers’ purchase journeys.
Provide feedback to the Store Manager to help continuously improve the business.
Meet or exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
Follow safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes as required; boxes may weigh 10–30 pounds.
