About The Position

The Stocking Team Member delivers friendly customer service, helps customers find products and solutions, and provides a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role includes truck unloading, stocking, planogram work, merchandise recovery, and general store maintenance to support a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Team Members also assist with online order fulfillment, Rewards and credit card enrollments, customer surveys, safety and shrink programs, and store procedures. The position is seasonal and includes cross-training in Custom Framing sales and production.

This position is based in a public retail store. Public areas are climate controlled, while some stock rooms may not be. Some outdoor work may be required when retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. The role involves standing for extended periods, moving throughout the store, bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching, and accessing high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment. The stated base pay range is $16.00–$18.80, with possible overtime compensation in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Meet applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements for the job.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer survey.
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, and model the organization's vision and values.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
