About The Position

This position is responsible for taking stock from an l-cart or pallet and using the location codes on each box to place products in the correct shelf location, repeating the process until the assigned area is complete. The posting also describes Food Clerk duties across Fresh departments, including customer service, stocking and merchandising products, maintaining displays, and following food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

Take stock from an l-cart or pallet and place it on the shelf in the correct location using the location codes on the box.
Repeat stocking until the assigned area is finished.
Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to standards.
Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
Work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery departments.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
