About The Position

Fleet Farm’s Stocking Team Member is responsible for handling incoming freight and stocking merchandise across departments while providing friendly, efficient customer service. The work is fast-paced and physical, involving sorting and staging freight, moving it safely to the sales floor, and stocking products accurately and on time. Team members also maintain clean, organized work areas and support merchandise presentation, pricing, inventory accuracy, and company initiatives. The listed schedule is part-time, 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to become certified to operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Split, sort, stage, and stock incoming freight on the sales floor.
• Move prepared freight to the sales floor in an organized, safe, and efficient manner.
• Ensure products are stocked accurately and timely.
• Return warehouse carts and restore work areas to organizational and cleanliness standards by the end of the shift.
• Clean shelves, product displays, counters, and workspaces as needed.
• Assist in maintaining merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory-level accuracy.
• Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines, operating procedures, and product freshness and quality standards.
• Promote Fleet Farm’s customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
