About The Position
The Replenishment Team Member provides friendly customer service, helps customers locate products and find solutions, and delivers a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role supports store operations through truck unloading, stocking, planogram execution, merchandise recovery, and maintenance to help keep the store well-merchandised and in stock. Team members also assist with omnichannel processes, support safety and shrink programs, follow company policies and procedures, and may be cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production. This is a part-time seasonal position at the MIA-Dadeland store in Florida.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities
- Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
- Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
- Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Interact respectfully and positively with others, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a role model for other team members.
- Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
