About The Position

ABC is hiring a part-time, seasonal Replenishment Team Member for the 2026 holiday season, which runs from October 2026 through January 7, 2027. The role supports store operations by receiving, organizing, and replenishing inventory, keeping shelves stocked, and helping provide an exceptional shopping experience. Team members may be scheduled for morning, daytime, or evening shifts any day Monday through Sunday.

Team members who work all assigned holiday shifts, including Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve, are eligible for a one-time $300 bonus in addition to hourly compensation. The bonus is prorated for employees who start after the season begins and will be distributed in January 2027. ABC offers competitive pay, discounts on select products, and the potential for continued employment after the holiday season.

The position requires regular, predictable onsite attendance and involves extended periods of standing and movement, frequent lifting and transporting of items up to 40 pounds, and occasional use of ladders or step stools. Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be available to work part time, including weekends, holidays, and/or nights.
• Must maintain a neat and professional appearance and comply with ABC’s dress code and policies.
• A positive attitude is required.
• Must be flexible in daily job tasks.
• Must interact with guests and team members professionally and courteously.
• Must pass company-issued background screening before hire.
• Must maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance and remain onsite for the duration of scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to meet the role’s physical demands, including standing and moving for extended periods and frequently lifting or transporting items up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Spread holiday cheer and goodwill among team members and guests.
• Unload delivery trucks and merchandise.
• Replenish inventory and stock shelves and coolers.
• Greet, assist, and recommend products to guests.
• Assist guests with purchases to their vehicles.
• Maintain store cleanliness through box breakdown, trash removal, and light cleaning.
• Deliver products to curbside pickup spots as needed.
• Arrive on time and ready to work, and remain onsite for scheduled shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
