About The Position
The Stock team member delivers friendly customer service, helps customers shop and locate products, and provides a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining store recovery and in-stock standards, and supporting store programs and procedures. Team members are cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production and may perform other duties as assigned. This role is performed in a public retail store. Public areas are climate controlled, while some stock rooms may not be. Some outdoor work may be assigned, such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. The frame shop contains a glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Team members must be at least 16 years old and satisfy applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements.
Requirements

- Ability to remain standing for long periods.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities
- Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
- Engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
- Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including merchandise returns and general store recovery, to help maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Follow standard operating procedures and company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model for team members.
- Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
