About The Position

The Stock team member provides friendly customer service, helps customers locate products and solutions, and delivers a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role supports store operations through truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, planogram and ad-set work, and inventory-related processes. Team members also support omnichannel orders, store safety and shrink programs, and may be cross-trained in custom framing sales and production. Work hours may include nights, weekends, and early mornings. The position is in a public retail store; public areas are climate controlled, while some stock rooms may not be. Some outdoor work may be assigned, such as retrieving carts or unloading trucks. The frame shop includes a glass cutter and heat press.

Requirements

• Applicants in the U.S. must meet applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements for the job.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery, to support a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad-set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards, including applicable legal requirements.
• Interact respectfully and positively with others, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a role model for team members.
• Cross-train in custom framing sales and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
