About The Position

The US Stock Keeper contributes to receiving, storing, preparing orders, and shipping, and performs and maintains 5S for the warehouse. The role is based at Tiama Americas in Maumee, Ohio, and reports to the US Logistics Manager. The Stock Keeper handles deliveries and inventory, organizes and maintains stock, prepares spare-parts, equipment, and production orders, and performs warehouse movements, packaging, labeling, loading, and unloading. The role also uses the ERP database daily, reports anomalies, performs quality control, and maintains warehouse organization and safety.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Driver’s license.
Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 50 pounds.
Strong customer service ethic.
Ability to work independently and safely.
Disciplined.

Nice To Haves

Forklift operation certification; not required but considered a plus.
Two to three years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Computer skills and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
Knowledge of hand scanners, bar codes, and WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive deliveries and confirm their accuracy.
Label parts.
Perform physical and computer-based movements when parts change physical location.
Ensure daily movements and storage of parts.
Participate in inventory.
Organize stock and maintain order.
Ensure logistics stock, repair, and quality within the warehouse.
Prepare orders for spare parts and equipment to be repaired, as well as miscellaneous equipment.
Prepare parts for production orders.
Package items according to work instructions.
Label items and ensure required documents are present.
Perform loading and unloading operations.
Move equipment or machinery when necessary.
Perform item movements within the IRP.
Use the ERP database daily and report anomalies.
Perform quality control.
Perform and maintain 5S in the warehouse daily.
