About The Position

The Stock Keeper contributes to receiving, storing, preparing orders, and shipping, and performs and maintains daily 5S practices for the warehouse. The role is based at Tiama Americas in Maumee, Ohio, and reports to the US Logistics Manager. Travel is less than 5% and may include domestic or international trips to other company locations, suppliers, or customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 50 pounds.
Strong customer service ethic.
Ability to work independently and safely.
Disciplined.

Nice To Haves

Forklift operation certification is considered a plus but is not necessary.
Two to three years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Computer skills and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
Knowledge of hand scanners, bar codes, and WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive deliveries and confirm their accuracy.
Label parts and perform physical and computer movements when their physical locations change.
Ensure daily movement and storage of parts.
Participate in inventory and organize stock while maintaining order.
Ensure logistics stock, repair, and quality within the warehouse.
Prepare orders for spare parts, equipment to be repaired, and miscellaneous equipment.
Prepare parts for production orders.
Package items according to work instructions.
Label items and ensure required documents are present.
Perform loading and unloading operations.
Move equipment or machinery when necessary.
Perform item movements within the IRP.
Use the ERP database daily and report anomalies.
Perform quality control.
Perform and maintain daily 5S for the warehouse.
