About The Position

Dolce & Gabbana is hiring a Stock Keeper for its 695 Madison Ave boutique. The Stock Keeper is responsible for inbound and outbound merchandise and for organizing and maintaining back-of-house stock and supply areas. The position supports accurate inventory management and helps the boutique team deliver an exceptional client experience. The role also contributes to the Brand’s commitment to craftsmanship, responsibility, and sustainable luxury.

Requirements

At least 2 years of retail operations experience.
Experience managing a luxury retail stockroom.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage stock to maximize productivity and support sales goals.
Execute shipping and receiving procedures, including proper documentation.
Handle merchandise received directly from vendors.
Process inter-store transfers, returns to vendor (RTVs), and damaged merchandise.
Support client-related transactions, including consignments and charge sends to other locations.
Maintain comprehensive logs for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Input and process authorized merchandise into inventory through the store’s computer system.
Uphold loss prevention standards by being aware of and following store policies.
Assist in controlling shortage through accurate inventory management.
Ensure proper ticketing and sensor-tagging standards.
