About The Position

The Stock Keeper performs inventory-related work at SRC Logistics. The position is scheduled Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and starts at $17.25 per hour. Work is performed mostly in an uncontrolled atmosphere with exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures. Employees must maintain knowledge of Haz/Com regulations and requirements and follow safety standards, including wearing required personal protective equipment in designated areas.

The role requires regular walking, standing, handling and gripping items, reaching, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, and talking and hearing. The employee must frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds and may need to work at heights exceeding 15 feet.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Competent oral and written communication skills.
• Competent addition and subtraction math skills.
• Literacy skills sufficient to read tags without transposing part numbers.
• Ability to use scanners and other technology for inventory purposes.
• Powered Industrial Truck experience.
• Must not be afraid of heights and may be required to elevate to heights in excess of 15 feet.
• Must demonstrate continued knowledge of Haz/Com regulations and requirements.
• Must follow safety standards and wear personal protective equipment in designated areas.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
