About The Position

The Stock & Fulfillment role supports merchandise flow and customer order fulfillment at the store. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. The position also provides general operational support to the store, including helping maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms.

Requirements

• Ability to meet the stated physical requirements, including continuous movement, frequent bending and reaching, and lifting and carrying merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver new arrivals to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly and in accordance with quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
