About The Position

The Seasonal Stock & Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory management systems, maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support. The role requires continuous movement during 6–8 hours per shift and handling merchandise of varying sizes and weights.

• Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders in accordance with quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
