About The Position

The Stock Associate is a part-time brand Ambassador responsible for moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor. The role supports shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising while maintaining AEO Brand Standards. The Stock Associate primarily works in the Stockroom but may flex to help the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed, representing AEO values.

Requirements

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Flexible availability to move product early in the morning, late in the evening and on weekends.

• Previous experience in a stock-related role.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and complete replenishment, markdowns and merchandising effectively and on time.
• Keep the Stockroom efficient and productive by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials and fixtures.
• Inform store leadership about merchandising opportunities, develop a plan and take action to address them.
• Help team members with non-stock-related tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Prioritize safety in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, follow Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
