About The Position

The Stock Associate is a part-time brand Ambassador responsible for moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The role focuses on maintaining AEO Brand Standards, keeping the Stockroom organized and productive, and supporting the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Associates are expected to represent AEO values and follow safety, Asset Protection, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and complete replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising effectively and on time.
• Keep the Stockroom efficient and productive by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan corrective action, and follow through.
• Assist fellow team members with non-stock tasks and help guests as needed.
• Follow safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, along with Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
