About The Position

As a part-time Stock Associate and brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You maintain AEO Brand Standards, keep the Stockroom organized and productive, and support the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work.

Requirements

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Priority-setting and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock-related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and move product to the Salesfloor in a timely and effective manner.
• Replenish merchandise, complete markdowns, and support merchandising to maintain brand standards.
• Keep merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures organized in the Stockroom.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to address them.
• Help team members with non-stock-related tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Prioritize safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor.
• Follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
