About The Position

The Stock Associate is a part-time brand ambassador responsible for moving product from the stockroom to the salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The role focuses on maintaining AEO brand standards, keeping the stockroom organized and productive, and supporting the salesfloor and guests when needed. Associates are expected to represent AEO values, follow safety and asset protection standards, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and move product to the salesfloor in a timely and effective manner.
• Replenish merchandise and complete markdowns and merchandising tasks.
• Keep the stockroom organized and running efficiently, including merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to address them.
• Support teammates with non-stock-related tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Follow safety standards in the stockroom and on the salesfloor, as well as asset protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
