About The Position

The Stock Associate is a part-time brand Ambassador responsible for moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The role maintains an organized and efficient Stockroom, notices merchandising opportunities, and supports teammates and guests on the Salesfloor when needed. Associates represent AEO values and follow brand, safety, Asset Protection, and company policy standards.

Requirements

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, priority-setting, and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

• Previous experience in a stock-related role.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and move product to the Salesfloor in a timely and effective manner.
• Replenish merchandise, execute markdowns, and support merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom efficient and productive by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Inform store leadership about merchandising opportunities, develop a plan, and take action to address them.
• Help teammates with non-stock-related tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Follow safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, as well as Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
