About The Position

The part-time Stock Associate keeps merchandise moving from the stockroom to the salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The role maintains an organized and productive stockroom, identifies merchandising opportunities, and supports fellow team members and guests on the salesfloor as needed. The associate represents AEO values and follows safety, Asset Protection, and company policy standards.

Requirements

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Have strong priority-setting and time-management skills.
• Have flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and complete replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising effectively and on time.
• Keep merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures organized in the stockroom.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to address them.
• Help team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Follow safety standards, Asset Protection standards, and AEO policies and procedures.
