AE - Stock Associate
About The Position
The Stock Associate is a part-time brand Ambassador responsible for moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. The role focuses on maintaining AEO Brand Standards, keeping the Stockroom organized and efficient, and supporting the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Associates represent AEO values and follow safety, Asset Protection, and company policies and procedures. Requirements
- Love AE and Aerie products.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with priority-setting and time-management skills.
- Flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Process shipments and complete replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising effectively and on time.
- Keep the Stockroom efficient and productive by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures.
- Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to address them.
- Help team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests as needed.
- Prioritize safety in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor; follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.
