About The Position

The Steward supports the Food & Beverage service team by staying active and handling dishwashing, storage, and restaurant cleanliness tasks. The role involves working on your feet and accommodating varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to think on your feet and keep up in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties involving walking, bending or twisting, climbing stairs, and occasionally carrying or lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous food and beverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Sort and wash dirty and used dishes and utensils.
• Return washed dishes and utensils to storage areas.
• Help keep the general restaurant area sanitary and clean, including sweeping and mopping floors and cleaning tables.
