About The Position

Mazzone Hospitality is hiring full-time and part-time Stewards at Saratoga National Banquet in Saratoga Springs, New York. Stewards maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas and equipment, supporting food preparation and banquet operations. No previous experience is required, and training is provided. The pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Days and hours may vary, and weekend and holiday availability is required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors at appropriate intervals to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate large electric machines, including dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other assigned food preparation surfaces.
• Separate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers.
• Steam-clean or hose out garbage cans in assigned areas.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other food preparation machines and equipment.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas while following safe lifting standards.
• Assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup as requested.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
